Shipping policy

We offer same-day delivery within Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain for orders placed before 4:00 PM, during the allocated delivery time slots selected at checkout. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed and delivered the following day, as our operations close after this time. For all other Emirates, orders must be placed at least one day in advance so we can arrange delivery through a third-party courier service. These deliveries are scheduled between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and while we do our best to coordinate smoothly, we are unfortunately unable to control or guarantee the exact delivery time for these orders.
